huff and puff

Today, I decided to do continuous swim for 30 min. (the breakdown I planned was 10 mins warm-up, 30 min continuous swim). However, water was quite cold, and for some reason I was getting out of breath quickly. So, instead decided to focus on stroke, and keep swimming until I am not out of breath.
PS: my shoulder pain has improved a lot. Mostly I won’t be incorporating dead-hangs for time being and would rather user lat pull-down machine, for 3 months with incremental weights, and then move to attempt dead-hang.
