Wish i could be faster (day#2)
Today, I followed session#6 from this training plan.
Focus was more on kicks in kick sessions and hip rotation during swim (part marked in yellow, rest of the swims were shoulder driven)
It was quite a struggle to keep straight body line, and breath properly. I’ll include more hip-driven drills to improve my breathing, hopefully with practice I shall be able to increase the pace.
Today’s pace was my all time low at 4.06. will focus more on streamlining and breathing with new technique.
On side note: the water today was quite cold, and it was a struggle to warmup in pool, next time will try to do land warmup and then go in pool.
