Today Disha Pandya is a graphic artist with reputed MNC, a gold medalist national para athlete and motivational speaker.

Before this she was bullied for her dwarfism, lonely, and friendless. In 2007 she lost her 18 year old brother who was her support to road accident depressed and unable to focus on studies she dropped out of college.

She turned to art for solace and slowly made her career in it. But life had more in store for her and in 2017 she met international para-athlete Mark Dharmai. She started training in badminton, went on win national para-atheletic events and is preparing to represent India in World Dwarf Games.

She also formed a group Little People of India to reach out to people who have dwarfism like her.

Your potential is not defined by what others perceive as your “shortcomings” but by your attitude and motivation. Your ability to conquer challenge is limitless, be fearless for your potential is boundless.
